Spray washing tunnel of the piece

Part spray washing tunnel

Industrial device for washing and degreasing parts

Part spray washing tunnel is one of the most widely used industrial equipment in production and assembly lines, which is used to wash, degrease and remove surface contamination of parts before painting, plating or packaging.

In this system, parts are continuously entered into the tunnel and washed by high-pressure spray nozzles from different directions.

The engineering design of this machine increases the speed of the production line, washing uniformity, and reduces the consumption of water and chemicals. This washing tunnel is an ideal option for metal industries, automobile manufacturing, component manufacturing, household appliances and packaging industries.

Features and benefits:

✔ uniform washing with pressurized spray nozzles

✔ Suitable for metal, aluminum, steel and industrial parts

✔ Reducing the consumption of water and detergents with recirculation system

✔ can be designed in several stages (washing, rinsing, drying)

✔ Increasing the final quality of the part before painting or assembling
